Philippe is a C-suite Executive with over 20 years of experience as CEO of international banking entities at ING and later at Degroof Petercam. He has a successful track record in wholesale banking activities, in transformation and change management and extensive board exposure, combined with a very broad personal network. Today Philippe is, among others, a member of the Board of Directors of Banque Edmond de Rothschild Europe, a member of the Board of Directors of Guberna, Belgian Institute of Directors, Adviser for the financial sector at Blackfin Capital Partners and a member of the Advisory Board of Louvain School of Management (UCL). Philippe holds a Master’s degree in Law and in Economics from the Université Catholique de Louvain.
